Our Commitment

At SweetGrape, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we accept returns and exchanges provided the following conditions are met:

Return & Exchange Timeline

You have 30 days from the date of product receipt to request a return or exchange.

Product Condition

  • Returned products must be in resale condition, unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • If returned in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee

Return Process

  1. Email sweetgrapeshops@gmail.com with your order number, items to return/exchange, and reason
  2. We will contact you within 48 working hours with return instructions

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting returned products
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Exceptions

  • Customised products: Not eligible for return unless defective
  • Sale items: Can only be returned/exchanged for the sale price paid

SweetGrape reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
