RETURN POLICY

At SweetGrape, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:

Deadline for return or exchange:

You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return or exchange.

Product conditions:

Returned products must be in resalable condition, with no signs of use or washing, with all original labels and packaging still intact.

If a product is returned in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return or exchange process:

To request a return or exchange, please email sweetgrapeshops@gmail.com informing the order number, the items to be returned or exchanged and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will contact you within 48 business hours to provide return instructions.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error made by us.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Customized products:

Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or problem with the product.

Products on sale:

Products purchased on sale can only be returned or exchanged for the amount paid for the product on sale.

SweetGrape reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the terms of our return policy.
