We ship to all EU countries, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland (EEA + CH). All prices include applicable VAT.

1. Order Processing

  • Confirmed orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You'll receive an email with tracking number once handed over to the carrier.

2. Delivery Times and Methods
Estimated delivery times after processing (may vary due to stock, volume, or unforeseen events):

  • Methods: Via logistics partners (CTT, DHL, UPS, CJdropshipping EU warehouses). Tracking always provided.

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout; free standard shipping on orders over €75 in Mainland Portugal/Spain.

3. Shipping Costs and Extra Fees

  • Shipping rates visible before purchase.

  • Possible customs/duties in islands/CH (not covered by us).

4. Tracking and Responsibilities

  • Real-time tracking updates provided.

  • Verify your address at checkout; errors are customer's responsibility.

  • Failed deliveries (3 attempts): returned to us; customer pays reshipment.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

  • Not liable for delays due to strikes, weather, or customs.

  • For lost/damaged items, contact us within 48h with photos/tracking for refund/replacement.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • 14 days to cancel (EU law); return shipping at customer's expense, unless defective.
